Our Mission

Microbiology course at BLOSSOM offers a unique opportunity for students to bring out their scientific, analytical and problem-solving skills. The program teaches the students about the function, structure, uses and existence of microscopic organisms. Microbiology overlaps the various other degree areas of biology like molecular biology, genetics & immunology. The program exposes students to various fields such as pharmacy, medicine, clinical research, agriculture, dairy industry, water industry, nanotechnology & chemical technology. Workshops and field trips are included in the program to update students to latest trends and techniques in the field. The Department of Microbiology is built around its dynamic faculty who teach a wide portfolio of microbiology course at the graduate level. They are helpful and encourage their students to do projects and participate in extracurricular activities. Department laboratory act as flexible frame work, holding dynamic students work group in various research zones.
