Principal's Message

Greetings!

With much pride and submissiveness I assumed the charge of the Principal of Blossom Arts and Science College, Kondotty since its inception in 2011. My experience as HOD of Economics at Farook College and as Principal of E.M.E.A Arts and Science college gave me much courage and inspiration to establish an unaided Arts and Science College in a very backward area like Valiyaparamba, Pulikkal. The presence of experienced professors like Prof. P.E.M. Abdul Rasheed, Prof. Kunchimon, Prof. K.M. Nejma, Prof. Imbichikoya,Prof. Abid Hussain Thangal and Prof. C.M. Kadeeja as committee members helped me to establish a good unaided college within a short period. We are working very hard to bring the college into the top level among unaided Arts and Science Colleges. To a greater extent, by this time we have achieved this by starting many courses, both conventional and new gen courses, in the college. The management, teachers, non teaching staff and students helped for this level of growth of the college.

Our students have performed extremely well in their University examinations. The percentage of students who secured admission in central Universities and other prestigious institutions are very high. The percentage level of placement is also very good.

I am very confident that our college will be in the list of top level unaided colleges under Calicut University. Inspite of the Covid pandemic threads we are sure that we will meet the demands of the students of the present century and fulfill our vision.
